Our Mission
At The Digital Hall Scholarship, our mission is deeply rooted in the values of empowerment, creativity, and resilience. Inspired by MonicaFaye’s grandfather, Willmon Poole, who defied the odds with his limited education to nurture his creative talents as a welder, our scholarship program is dedicated to supporting students as they embark on their educational journey in STEM and Arts disciplines (STEAM).
Willmon Poole’s legacy of craftsmanship and unwavering support for his grandchildren’s achievements are a guiding light for The Digital Hall Scholarship. His heartfelt gesture of crafting personalized trophies for his grandchild symbolizes the power of recognizing and celebrating individual talents and accomplishments.
MonicaFaye’s cherished steel statue, crafted by her grandfather and given to her after winning a pageant at 16, is a testament to his belief in her potential and his enduring encouragement. This unique trophy is a constant reminder of the importance of perseverance, determination, and the transformative impact of unwavering support.

Our Scholarship
The essence of The Digital Hall scholarship program lies in propelling students forward and dismantling obstacles in their path. Financial constraints often hinder the progress of numerous talented and deserving students. That’s where we step in! Our scholarship is designed to empower students by providing financial assistance for purchasing supplies, alleviating debt burdens, covering transportation costs, and any other expenses that facilitate a smoother student experience.

Scholarship Details
Our Objective
The Digital Hall STEM and Arts Scholarship Program aims to support and empower talented students pursuing education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and Arts disciplines, thereby easing the financial burden on students and their families.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants to The Digital Hall Scholarship must:
- Be current college freshmen, sophomores, or junior undergraduates.
- Be pursuing a degree in the Arts, STEM or STEAM.
- Continue full-time undergraduate study for the entire upcoming academic year
- Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must submit a portfolio or evidence of artistic achievement
- A complete a 400-600 word essay (see application page for information)
Application Process
- Interested students will need to submit an online application form available here.
- The application form will require personal details, academic transcripts, a statement of financial need, and any additional documentation relevant to the specific scholarship (e.g., portfolio for Arts Scholarship).
- Deadline for application submission: January 31, 2025.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Selection Process
- All applications will be reviewed by the The Digital Hall Scholarship committee consisting of representatives from The Digital Hall and external professionals and stakeholders.
- Applications will be evaluated based on academic merit, financial need, personal statement, and any additional requirements specific to each scholarship.
- Finalists may be contacted for interviews or additional information if necessary.
- Winners will be selected based on the overall strength of their application and alignment with the scholarship criteria.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final and not subject to appeal.
Disbursement of Scholarship Funds
Winners will be notified of the scholarship award and provided with instructions on how to claim their funds.
Publicity and Acknowledgment
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity activities related to the scholarship program, such as interviews or testimonials.
- The Digital Hall reserves the right to use the names and images of the winners for promotional purposes, including but not limited to press releases, social media, and website content.
Legal Compliance
- The scholarship program is operated by The Digital Hall, which is a DBA of MonicaFaye, LLC.
- The program has been developed in consultation with Bold.org to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
