Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026.

Which terms apply

Cancellation, refunds, deposits, and recurring billing for The Digital Hall services are governed by the written client agreement or purchase-specific terms disclosed before payment. This policy does not replace an executed agreement or reduce rights under applicable law. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about an offer.

Request a cancellation or refund

Email info@thedigitalhall.com with the subject “Cancellation Request” or “Refund Request.” Include your name, business, service or order reference, requested cancellation date, and a brief explanation. Do not include payment-card details. We review requests against the applicable agreement, work performed, authorized expenses, and applicable law, and communicate the outcome.

Projects and deposits

Refer to your agreement for deposit and milestone terms, cancellation charges, completed work, and unused prepaid fees. This policy does not establish a universal nonrefundable-deposit rule or a fixed cancellation charge.

Recurring services

Your agreement or purchase terms identify the billing frequency, minimum term if any, renewal conditions, cancellation notice requirements, and any refund or proration provisions. Contact us using the email above to request cancellation. Cancellation takes effect according to the applicable terms and law. Canceling agency services does not automatically cancel separate advertising, hosting, domain, or other third-party services.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, domains, hosting, licenses, and other third-party purchases may be subject to the provider’s terms. Responsibility for authorized expenses and account ownership is addressed in the applicable agreement. Third-party refunds depend on provider terms and applicable law.

Digital products, courses, and events

Where offered, consult the terms presented with the specific product, course, or event for delivery, access, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling provisions. Contact us if those terms are unclear before payment.

Approved refunds

We communicate approved amounts and processing arrangements. Payment-provider and bank processing times may affect when funds appear. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or lawful payment disputes.
