Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 23, 2026.

Our commitment

The Digital Hall wants visitors with disabilities to be able to access information, explore our services, and contact our team. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we welcome feedback about barriers.

Accessibility approach

Our goal is to improve usability with clear headings, meaningful link text, text alternatives for informative images, readable contrast, keyboard access, and understandable forms. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvement. This statement does not certify that every page or feature conforms to that standard.

Report a difficulty or request assistance

Email info@thedigitalhall.com with the subject “Website Accessibility,” or call (804) 857-3329. Please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the difficulty encountered, and your preferred way for us to respond. Browser or assistive technology details are helpful but optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

If a page, document, form, or booking feature is difficult to use, contact us to request the information or assistance through an alternative method. We will work with you to identify a practical way to help.

Third-party features and ongoing improvements

Some features, including chat, scheduling, embedded content, or payment tools, may be supplied by third parties. We welcome reports about difficulties with these features so we can consider available alternatives and provider improvements.
